I've perfected a recipe for pumpkin juice (like they serve at Universal Studios' The Wizarding World of Harry Potter) and I make that pumpkin spice syrup I always talk about. I think that without any sugar or with a veeeery little bit, that syrup might give any beer a pumpkin-y flavor. (it'll be cloudy though) Some experimentation is in order! Although I...I have found the same thing to be true. Although I like the beer, The blue Moon pumpkin ale does not really have a lot of pumpkin taste to it. Experimenting over the years, I have found that Buffalo Bills Pumpkin Ale<br />has been my favorite. Although not scoring very high on the charts with "professionals", It has a clean taste. not syrupy and has a lot of pumpkin flavor.
