That time of year...

Halloween merchandise is starting to appear in Target stores. In my opinion they usually have a pretty impressive selection. I'll be visiting them daily til just before Halloween.

A green tombstone? I think it works! (also available, pink and blue for your zombie-themed baby showers)

This bat tombstone is elaborate and just plain cool! Nice job Target!

Not too crazy about that pink almost purple and blue tombstones. :/ might as well stick some glitter on it and call it a night. Green ahhh not bad.... My target had nothing up this past Sunday, although they had some nit picks in the dollar section up front. ;) Thanks for sharing!

All our Target has so far is some costumes, but they do have a lot of empty shelves back there. We were worried that maybe they were going to just costumes because they have a huge sign that says "COSTUMES!" I'll be checking back more often now that I saw these pics. Target usually has some good stuff.

Hey Captain,

Ours had the same sign and also lots of empty shelves. Have you seen Target's Halloween decor items online? Some pretty good stuff there. Here's a link to it that hopefully works.

Good Mourning Jennifer,

Funny you said that about the glitter. Ever since Martha Stewart started putting glitter on skulls and skeletons you see that everywhere. (Yuk) And of course Target had a shelf full of brilliantly sculpted foam skulls...covered in glitter. You wanna scare a haunter away...use glitter!

Very cool, I'm going back over to drool and wish. I saw a great pumpkin cookie jar I might have to get. Thanks for the link.

Its not THE "Great Pumpkin", but a pumpkin cookie jar that I thought was great. Just wanted to clarify that so as to not confuse any Peanuts fans.
